For the vegetable-cheese strudel, peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Cut the tomato crosswise, scald it and prepare the strudel dough.

Spread cream cheese about 10 cm lengthwise, place onion rings and tomato slices on top. Place 2 layers of strudel dough on top and cover again with cream cheese , onion and tomato rings.

Continue in this way until the strudel dough is used up. Then roll up the strudel into a ball. Mix sour cream with milk, brush the strudel ball with it, sprinkle with herb salt and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius.

Cut the zucchini into fine pieces, fry briefly in hot olive oil and season with herb salt. Arrange the vegetable-cheese strudel with the zucchini pieces and serve.
