For the vegetable chips, preheat the oven to 160 degrees convection, in the meantime peel the vegetables if necessary and cut them into equally thin slices.

Leave the sliced, salted slices for a while, only then mix them with oil and spices.

Mix each type of vegetable with a tablespoon of olive oil and the desired spices and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Due to the circulating air, all the trays can go into the oven together. Bake for about 40 minutes. But it is advisable to check regularly and turn the slices in between.
