For the fried vegetable egg rice, first prepare the rice according to package instructions. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and fry them with olive oil and soy sauce in a pan for 3-4 minutes.

Mix eggs, salt, sake and powdered sugar. Add rice to vegetables and sauté. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetable rice and continue to fry until everything is cooked.

Season with salt and pepper, arrange and serve the fried vegetable-egg-rice.
