Instructions:

For the vegetable barbecue skewers with tofu, cut the zucchino into 1 cm thick slices and the bell bell pepper into squares of about 2 x 2 cm. Dice the tofu.

Alternate the zucchini slices, bell bell pepper and tofu cubes on wooden or metal skewers.

For the marinade, mix oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, pressed garlic, and a pinch each of chili powder and ginger powder.

Leave the skewers to marinate overnight.
