Noodle dishes are always a good idea!

Heat the sesame oil in a heated wok. Add the meat, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry.

Cook the noodles in water and olive oil until al dente. Drain, set aside and keep warm.

Add garlic, shallots, ginger and chili to wok form and stir-fry for min. Then add bell bell pepper and zucchini and stir-fry for another minute.

Add oyster sauce, cinnamon, almond kernels and coconut cream and gently stir-fry for a minute.

5 Put the noodles in a large enough bowl. Arrange the meat and vegetables on top and bring to the table on the spot.
