Instructions:

Try this delicious cake recipe:

1. make a shortcrust pastry with flour, butter or sugar, light butter, egg and salt.

Roll out the dough, shape it into a cake springform pan (26 cm ø) and form a rim. Prick the base a few times with a fork and bake the shortcrust pastry in the heated oven on the middle rack.

For the filling, soak the gelatine in cold water. 4.

Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with 2 tbsp. water and the sugar until creamy. Add the juice of one lemon and the wine. 5.

Squeeze the gelatine and let it melt at low temperature. Stir into the egg yolk mixture, set aside to cool.

Whip the egg whites until stiff. Whip the whipped cream until stiff as well. As soon as the egg yolk mixture starts to gelatinize, stir in the whipped cream and the snow.

Pour the wine cream onto the cake base and smooth the surface. Place in the refrigerator to set.

Rinse the grapes, clean them, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Then place them on top of the firm wine cream.

9. cook a cake glaze with water, white wine, sugar and cake glazing powder according to the package instructions and glaze the grapes with it.
