Rinse the bulbous celery with care and cook it in a little salted water with a little bit of lemon juice for 5-7 minutes. Mix vinegar, spices and oil to make a salad dressing and pour it over the Vogerlsalat form together with the lukewarm bulbous celery. Serve with diced shallots and tomato slices.
