Instructions:

For the apricot cream, steam apricots in sugar water and lemon juice until soft. Then puree in a blender, fold in whipped cream and vanilla sugar. Bind with dissolved gelatine.

Now fill into glasses in layers with biscuits soaked in apricot liqueur.

Garnish the finished apricot cream with whipped cream and serve.
