Instructions:

For the white bread, mix flour with salt and crumble in the yeast. Prepare a steam with a little water and flour and sprinkle with flour.

Cover the dough and let it stand until the flour shows cracks. Add the remaining flour, water and oil to make a dough and beat until the dough separates from the bowl.

Let the dough rise until doubled in bulk. Knead again and form two rolls. Dust baking sheet with flour, make several diagonal cuts in the rolls with knife and let rise, covered.

Bake the white bread at 250 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Place a pan with water on the bottom of the oven.
