For the white bread with poppy seeds, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Gradually incorporate the warm water with dough hooks to form a smooth dough.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes on the highest speed. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Then work the dough again with the dough hook and put it into a silicone loaf pan.
Bake the bread at 200 °C on the bread baking setting for about 45 minutes (the top should be golden). Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting.
