For the white chocolate with salted caramel, pour 1 tablespoon of the caramel sauce into a piping bag fitted with a small nozzle and pipe decorative spiral-shaped squiggles into two heatproof glasses.

Set aside glasses and piping bag with remaining caramel sauce.

Heat chocolate with milk and 2 tablespoons caramel sauce in a saucepan. Stir constantly with a whisk until chocolate is melted. Remove saucepan from heat.

Whip the cream with the remaining spoonful of caramel sauce until stiff. Pour into piping bag fitted with star nozzle.

Gently heat chocolate again and pour into the two prepared glasses. Use the piping bag to pipe a top cap on each, drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce from the first piping bag and serve the white chocolate with salted caramel immediately.
