For the whole wheat vanilla crescents, place the whole wheat flour on a board. Cut the butter into flakes and crumble. Add honey, almonds and natural vanilla sugar and quickly knead into a smooth dough.

Shape the dough into croissants and bake at medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle the croissants with vanilla sugar while they are still hot.
