For the wholemeal Easter bunny, beat egg whites until stiff. Stir oil, powdered sugar, yolks until creamy. Mix flour with backup powder and stir in well, carefully fold in the snow.

Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured bunny mold, bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for 40 minutes and let the wholemeal Easter bunny cool down. Decorate as desired.
