Instructions:

Dry and grind the spices. Chop the dried walnuts. Sift the fine nut flour and toast the coarser parts with a tiny bit of salt. Leave out the wild boar fat. When it begins to stiffen, stir in the toasted nuts and two heaping tablespoons of the herb mixture. Pour the lard into pots and set aside to cool.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
