Instructions:

Dice the meat, dice the bacon very finely. Fry both together in a roasting pan, then briefly roast the onions. Add spices and pour in red wine and the same amount of water.

Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Then add the carrots cut into small pieces, stew again at low temperature for about an hour, finally sprinkle with fresh cream and chopped parsley. It goes well with spareribs.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine smoky touch!
