For the wild boar stew, chop onion and sauté in oil or magarine. Add the diced wild boar and sauté.

Pour in hemp milk and add 1/4 liter of red wine. The meat should be well covered with liquid in the pot. Stir in turmeric, paprika, sugar, tulsi, juniper berries.

Add salt and stir in cranberries. Stir in Asian vegetables and use cornstarch to thicken sauce. Cook until done and remove from heat. Season the wild boar ragout with salt and pour in plenty of red wine.
