For the wild garlic soup, chop the onion and sauté in a little oil in a saucepan. In the meantime, boil the water with the kettle, peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into pieces.

Add the carrots and potatoes to the onion and fry for a while. Then add boiling water and stir in the cellar salt (or add a piece of fresh cellar to the carrots and potatoes beforehand).

Now simmer until the vegetables are cooked soft. In the meantime, wash the wild garlic, remove coarse stems and then coarsely chop.

Then add the wild garlic to the soup pot and turn down the heat to the lowest setting. Add Rama Creme fine and season with salt and pepper.

Leave the pot on the stove for a short time so that the wild garlic softens. Then remove from the heat and puree with a hand blender to a creamy soup and serve.
