Instructions:

Rinse wild garlic leaves with cold water, shake dry and chop very finely.

Mix all ingredients to a dumpling dough and let it run through a dumpling sieve into boiling salted water.

Cook for about 5 minutes until lightly boiling, then strain.

Toss the spaetzle in a little butter.
