For the wild garlic strudel boil potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces. Brown the mince in lard, steam the wild garlic for about 5 minutes.

Mix minced meat, wild garlic and potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and soup seasoning. Roll out puff pastry, spread mixture on top, sprinkle feta cheese on top.

Roll up dough, brush with egg white and bake until golden brown.
