Instructions:

Mix flour, water and yeast and knead until a dough is formed. Let this rest a little and then form into rolls or flat patties.

Before baking, top with a mixture of wild herbs, onions, garlic and oil and bake in a stone oven for 1 hour, hold over the campfire as Steckerlbrot or bake as thin patties on the camp stove in a pan with a little oil. Who has the luxury of an oven – bake there at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
