For the grilled sausages, buy small grilled sausages of your choice. We especially like the small grilled sausages with cheese filling. During winter barbecue every heat source is desirable and the cheese in the sausages melts so wonderfully and spreads pleasant warmth in the belly.

Cut the puff pastry into thin strips.

Wrap it around the sausages from top to bottom, diagonally upwards, to create a nice lattice.

Whisk the egg with the milk and brush the puff pastry lattice with it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Prepare the grill for indirect heat and grill the lattice sausages at approx. 160-180°C with closed lid, approx. 10-15 minutes.
