Instructions:

For the winter night punch, first boil the fruit tea in hot water, dissolve the brown rock candy in it and let it steep for 30 minutes.

Pour the tea into a preheated punch pot (approx. 3 liters capacity) and keep warm on a low flame.

Now add the vanilla sugar, lemon juice, spices and alcohol.

The last thing to add to the winter night punch is the red wine.

Put a slice of lemon in each tea glass and pour the winter night punch over it.
