Instructions:

* Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until thick and creamy, whip the egg whites to egg whites.

* Mix the fruit yogurt with the egg yolks, add the snow.

* Pour this amount into serving bowls or cups and place in the freezer for one hour.

* Pull out 10-15 min. before serving and let thaw.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
