For the yogurt nectarine dumplings, blanch the nectarines very briefly (scald), immediately rinse in ice-cold water and peel off the skin. Remove the skin and puree the flesh with a hand blender.

Mix the nectarine puree with yogurt and powdered sugar. Rinse the lime under hot water, rub dry and thinly grate the peel. Squeeze out the juice. Squeeze the orange as well.

Soak gelatine in cold water, then squeeze out well.

Heat the lime and orange juice and dissolve the gelatine in it. Stir into the nectarine-yogurt mixture with the lime zest.

Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold into the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Cut out dumplings from the cream with a tablespoon and spread the yogurt-nectarine dumplings on dessert plates.
