Instructions:

Mix yogurt, juice of one lemon and bouilon until slightly creamy.

Some cress aside form, add remaining cress chopped to the soup season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Cool soup and bring to the table.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
