Young Braised Cabbage with Mince

Remove peel from onions and garlic and dice finely. Clean cabbage, cut into quarters, discard stalk. Rinse cabbage, drain and cut into strips.

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry minced meat in it until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper, remove. Sauté cabbage, onions, and garlic in the drippings, turning, for about 2 minutes. Add paradeis pulp and sauté briefly. Add minced meat again and season with pepper, salt, paprika and sugar. Extinguish with clear soup and tomato juice. Bring to the boil and simmer with the lid on for about 15 minutes.

Dill rinse and cut into small pieces. Season braised cabbage again if necessary and serve with crème fraîche. Sprinkle dill on top. Serve with long grain rice.
