Instructions:

For the zucchini casserole, dice the bacon, ham and onion. Fry in fat, salt and pepper.

Peel raw potatoes with the zucchini cut into slices. Pour layers of potatoes and zucchini and the roasted mixture into a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Place cheese slices on top.

Mix eggs with crème fraîche and pour over the top. Bake the zucchini casserole at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
