Instructions:

For the zucchini loaves, wash the zucchini, grate, salt and let stand for 20 minutes. Squeeze the garlic. Strain the liquid and squeeze the grated zucchini with a kitchen towel.

Mix in flour, eggs, lemon juice, parsley, dill and garlic and season with salt. Cut out circles from the mixture and fry in heated oil for about 5 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
