For the zucchini muffins, beat eggs, oil and sugar until foamy, fold in cinnamon, baking powder, flour and almonds, finally fold in the pumpkin and lemon juice.

Pour the batter into molds and bake with hot air at 160 °C for 40-90 minutes, depending on the baking dish. (pin test)

Glaze the zucchini muffins and let them dry.
