For zucchini potato pancakes, wash the zucchini, grate finely, salt and let stand for about 1/2 hour. Then squeeze and pour away the liquid that comes out.

Peel and finely grate the potato, peel and finely chop the onion. Mix zucchini, potatoes, diced onion and minced garlic.

Stir in the beaten egg, breadcrumbs and spices well. Form flat pancakes from the mixture and fry them until they float. When they are crispy on both sides, remove from the fat and drain on paper towels.
