Instructions:

For the zucchini quiche, mix flour and butter in a bowl with your fingers. Add salt and water and knead into a smooth dough. Refrigerate for half an hour.

Melt the butter (3EL) in a pan and fry the chopped onion in it. Then fry the sliced zucchini for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix the whipped cream and eggs. Roll out the dough, press it into a form and pull up the sides. Cover the bottom with pieces of mozzarella.

Add the soft zucchini and cover with the whipped cream and egg mixture. Bake the zucchini quiche at 150°C for 35 minutes.
