For the zucchini rolls, slice the zucchini thinly, top with ham and cheese, roll up and place in a baking dish.

Chop the onion and garlic, sauté briefly in a little olive oil, add the chopped tomatoes and bring to the boil.

With the help of a blender and possibly a little water, mix a creamy sauce. Season to taste with spices and a little bit hotter.

Spread the sauce over the zucchini rolls, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180-20 0°C for 25-30 minutes.
