For the zucchini sheep cheese wrappers, wash the zucchini, remove the stalk and cut into oblong strips about 1-1.5 mm thick using a slicer.

Cut the sheep cheese into thumb-thick sticks and wrap with the zucchini strips.

Fry the zucchini-sheep cheese wrappers briefly in olive oil, add herbs and season. Lift out of the pan and arrange on plates.
