Instructions:

For the zucchini and tomato cake, make a yeast dough from the ingredients and let it rise for about 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and form a rim. Prick several times with a fork. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Wash and slice zucchini and tomatoes and spread on the dough, salt and sprinkle with cheese. Whisk eggs, crème fraîche, marjoram and thyme and spread over the top. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Serve the zucchini and tomato pie warm.
